You're applying for the Solar Rebate.

Before you apply, be sure to read the important information below:

If you're applying on your customer's behalf, you must be a registered Efficiency Manitoba supplier.

Make sure you have the following information handy:

• Your myEM account username/email and password (if you don't have an account yet, select "create account" on the login page)
• The building owner's contact information (first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address)
• Details about the project site (address and building heating system information)
• Details about the solar photovoltaic (PV) system (including module, inverter, and invoice information). 

The building owner must have an email address to apply online. If the customer doesn't have an email address, fill out the paper application and send the PDF or a photo of the application to solar@efficiencyMB.ca.

Commercial systems less than 100 kW don’t require pre-approval from Efficiency Manitoba; Customers applying for systems 100 kW and larger must receive pre-approval from Efficiency Manitoba. Remember not to start any work, including purchasing/installing any measures or equipment related to this project, until we’ve approved your application.
